IMSA GROUP, Melbourne – A Smart Stay in the City

Although the rooms were spacious and had convenient amenities like a washing machine and dryer, they were in a bad state, facing a construction site. The lack of hangers, dangerous carpet, cobwebs, and dust were notable issues, and the collection of keys was a bit challenging without a car. Despite these drawbacks, the beds were comfy.

The hotel was a bit of a letdown. The rooms were dirty and had bugs flying in the bathroom, but we did appreciate the prompt service. The location was excellent, but some in-room amenities needed attention. The dining, unfortunately, was not up to par.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to notable attractions such as South Bank and the CBD. The rooms, while a little outdated, provide an own bathroom; however, there were some issues like a lack of hangers and dangerous carpets in one bedroom. The service was accommodating and friendly, willing to assist with various requests. The dining experience offered local fresh products. Overall, the value for money was decent with some room for improvement in certain areas.
